We posted a few days ago that 500 gorgeous units of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Symphony were being made available for pre-order, but by the time the news hit, they were nearly sold out. Well, the Zelda Reorchestrated (ZREO) team has heard your pleas, and have ordered 1,500 more units to be made available for the $49.99 asking price.

As of this moment, only 850 of those remain. These are going fast, so if you want to get your hands on this massive three-disc collection featuring orchestrated arrangements from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, do so now!

Check out the official Twilight Symphony website for ordering information and samples, and let us know if you've secured your copy!

Square still waiting to release Final Fantasy Type-0

I've wanted to play Final Fantasy: Type-0 ever since I saw this video of a Chocobo getting MURDERED and things were looking up when Square Enix man Hajime Tabata confirmed the game for an international release. That was over a year ago and it still hasn't happened.

"Due to market reasons, we are taking a clean slate in terms of our plans," Tabata told Gamespot in a recent interview. "We feel strongly about bringing this title to the fans in North America and Europe, so if an opportunity arises that can become a conclusive factor, we are prepared to go into consideration right away."

I understand the PSP wasn't by any means as strong of a platform in the West as it was in Japan, but this is Final Fantasy we're talking about here! What exactly are you waiting for, Square? Release it digitally, throw a little marketing behind the thing, and it'll sell based on name recognition alone. I'm sure hoards of bored Vita owners the world over would just jump at the opportunity to play something new.

New Genesis portable includes Mega Man: The Wily Wars

Sega is a whore, plain and simple. How many different Genesis collections has the company pumped out in the past decade? There have been releases on every home console, handheld, and PC device. Most egregious are those disgusting third-party standalone contraptions, which bundle a dozen or so games and are sold at Target and Walmart for around $20. How desperate is Sega for money that it continues to cling to the one generation a Sega console was actually viable?

At first glance, the At Games Ultimate Portable Game Player looks like every other Genesis collection on the market. Releasing on November 13 for $59.99, it admittedly has a beefy software count of 80+ games built in, including 37 from Sega, three from Capcom, and 40 from other unannounced publishers. Surprising no one, Sonic the Hedgehog 1 and 2 are on there, and I guarantee Golden Axe and Streets of Rage will appear as well. But it's one of Capcom's contributions, Mega Man: The Wily Wars, that gives me reason to pause.

The Wily Wars, for the uninitiated, is quite the elusive prize for American Blue Bomber fans. Featuring Super Mario All-Stars-style remakes of the first three NES Mega Mans plus an exclusive fourth mini-game called "Wily Tower," it only received physical release in Japan and Europe, relegated to the Sega Channel online distribution service in the US.

Since Sega Channel games were only temporarily stored into memory, you'd have to re-download them once you turned off the machine. Obviously, this also meant that the few service-exclusive games -- which also included Treasure's Alien Soldier, Game Freak's Pulseman, and others -- were gone for good once the service was eventually discontinued.

By now, those itching to play The Wily Wars would have played a ROM of either the European or Japanese versions. That hasn't stopped folks from requesting a re-release on Virtual Console or some other service. The Ultimate Portable Game Player may be your only chance to legally purchase this gem in a non-import format. Such devices have been reported to have tons of emulation errors, but if you've been played any Genesis collection in the past decade and didn't mind any of their numerous issues, you probably won't have a problem here.

I don't have to buy this, personally. I own the Japanese original. I can play it whenever I want. Na na na boo boo.

Sup Holmes gets badly hurt with devs of Hotline Miami

[Destructoid's Director of Communications Hamza Aziz asked Jonathan Holmes to make a show called 'Sup, Holmes?' so that Destructoid could later sell a t-shirt that says 'Sup, Holmes?' on it. This is that show. Subscribe to the podcast feed and find more episodes here.]

Today on Sup Holmes we'll be joined by Jonatan Söderström and Dennis Wedin of Dennaton Games, creators of Hotline Miami, one of the more talked about PC games of the year. It's rare for a game from such a small team to make such a splash during the holiday rush of "AAA" titles, and it's not even a platformer! In fact, it's hard to know how to describe the game. It's sort of like an ultra-violent Adventures of Lolo, but with a message? I'm not exactly sure.

We'll be talking with the lads from Dennaton about what inspired them to make Hotline Miami, on working with pirates to help the game succeed, on potential ports to other platforms, Keyboard Drumset F*cking Werewolf, and much more.

Throw on your pig mask and join us in the chat starting at 1pm PST/4pm EST.

First look at Muramasa: The Demon Blade for PS Vita

The Vita seems like its becoming something of a home for underappreciated Wii games. That is, atleast is Marvelous is any indicator. The company recently teamed with Konami to bring New Little King's Story to Sony's double-breasted portable and Oboromuramasa is next on the docket.

While we already knew Vanillaware's 2009 classic would be making the jump to Vita on March 28 in Japan, we hadn't yet seen what it would look like on the system's OLED display. Well, Marvelous has remedied that situation by providing some screenshots of the upcoming release and boy do they look gorgeous. Couple that with the additional content from four new campaigns and, well, if we could just get a Western release things would be just great.

ALERT: Save-corrupting bug in Virtue's Last Reward on 3DS

ALERT: Save-corrupting bug in Virtue's Last Reward on 3DS screenshot

I've got good news and bad news.

The good news is that, after more than 30 hours of play time, I've finally finished Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward. Expect the review later in the week.

The bad news is that there is a game-ending bug in the 3DS version that can completely corrupt your save file under certain circumstances. According to this thread on NeoGAF, if you attempt to save during the "PEC" or "Crew's Quarters" puzzle rooms, your game will crash and you will be forced to start the entire game over from the beginning. The existence of this bug in other puzzle rooms has not been confirmed, so you should ideally refrain from saving within any puzzle section. As long as you only save during the novel sections, you should be fine.

Having played the 3DS build myself, I can corroborate the existence of such a defect. However, since my crash occurred after saving the game at the end of a particular story branch and not while I was in a puzzle room, my file was thankfully not damaged. If you happen to get booted to the main 3DS menu and are greeted by an error message, try to reload your save as soon as possible to assess any damage.

Vita players need not worry, as this bug apparently only affects the 3DS version. It apparently plagued the original Japanese build and was brought over without being fixed by developer Spike Chunsoft. Publisher Aksys has not yet announced any plans for a patch, but I'm holding out hope.
