FlyFF 2: Floating Fortress Spotted at G-Star 2012


Since cancelling the supposed Closed Beta earlier this year, FlyFF 2: Floating Fortress has gone pretty quiet. However, the game was spotted at G*Star 2012's B2B hall. When questioned, staff of Gala Lab confirmed that the title is meant as a sequel to FlyFF, without giving away more information.

Final Fantasy XIV Comes to The End


As of 1:00 a.m. EST today, the Final Fantasy XIV servers started the game's final event before the relaunch. At 3:00 a.m. EST, they shut down. Immediately following the shutdown, the last trailer for the game's current version was posted, showing the outcome of the final battle against the forces of the Garlean Empire by the unified Grand Companies of Eorzea. And if you've been following the game's story in any fashion, you'll probably want to see how it all ends.

Veiled in the mysterious mists, "Infinty Hero" has finally launched its amazing trailer at G-Star to show off the secrets in Pandora's box. The game is described as "world's first multi-hero battle MMORPG", from the teaser trailer you can see the fierce battles among six heroes. The game basically merged elements of Torchlight II, League of Legends and some Diablo III into 1 messy puddle.

Paradox Interactive has announced that two new servers will be opened for its upcoming MMO, Salem: The Crafting MMO. These new servers allows the addition of new beta testers. Paradox also handed out keys to new players and they had host a live stream straight from the game on November 8th.

So I finally got around to playing some Dota 2 after my friends had been talking about it for several months. Dota 2 is a MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) game more similar to Heroes of Newerth than League of Legends. It certainly has a lot of depth and complexity compared to League of Legends, which is simplified and lacks as many strategic elements.

Korean media Inven has carried out an interview with the upcoming Korean MMORPG Black Desert from PearlAbyss at G-Star. We've heard about the game's visuals, housing, and parkour systems in the previous reports. At the annual Korea Game Awards before the day G*Star begins, NCsoft's Blade and Soul won the Prestigious Presidential Award (similar to Game of the Year).
