WINDOWS 7 OS - LAUNCHED BY MICROSOFT
It was since many months back when Microsoft had announced of the released of its new product for PC [personal computers].
We had and have been using Evaluation version of Microsoft's Windows-7 since many months and also have [might] come to know that Microsoft's Windows 7 is just an evolved version of Microsoft's Windows Vista Version sharing the same features in all ways but its security complexity is much better when compared to Microsoft's Windows Vista.
Windows 7 OS is a new trend in its way along which is assumed to take over the PC OS platform, yet it lacks behind in some issues which they have to sort out. The new inclusions in Windows 7 is that it includes AERO features in-excess and it can be slided much more than it was in Windows Vista platform.
Another important thing to note is that, a user need not manually install and drivers to Windows-7 as it by default detects and loads all the drivers that are required, all that is needed is the chip / peripheral to be installed / put onto / into the motherboard slot.
Another issue that has not been solved yet is, when you are installing this OS[Windows-7] it takes a lots of time to load / extract all the inbuilt drivers into the PC, but slightly faster that Windows Vista.
Microsoft Windows 7 comes in 6 versions:
-> Microsoft Windows 7 Home Basic
-> Microsoft Windows 7 Home
-> Microsoft Windows 7 Business / Enterprise
-> Microsoft Windows 7 Professional
-> Microsoft Windows 7 Premium
-> Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate
All of the above are just the same but have different compatibility as the name suggests.
The size of Windows 7 comes around 4 -6 gb [2 DVD's] approx [taken Windows 7 Evaluation version size into consideration].
Well what to say much about it? Its all the same Dummy features as in Microsoft Windows Vista, with some changes........
